Today, at Nokia World 2011, the new Nokia Windows Phone devices were announced. Namely the Nokia Lumia 800 and the Nokia Lumia 710. The Lumia 800 is based on the same machined unibody as the Nokia N9, while the Lumia 710 is more traditional in design. Specs wise the major differences seem to be the camera, 8 megapixels with a Carl Zeiss lens in the Lumia 800 and a 5 megapixel one in the Lumia 710. While both have a 3.7" size display, in Lumia 800 it's a ClearBlack AMOLED and in the Lumia 710 it's a ClearBlack TFT. Also the battery size differs, 1450mAh for the Lumia 800 and 1300mAh for the Lumia 710.
According to Nokia the price for the Lumia 800 is €420 and €270 for the Lumia 710. Both are shipping now for November release in UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Spain. By the end of the year they should ship in Hong Kong, India, Russia, Singapore and Taiwan.
