Nokia’s Mix Radio soon available over 50 territories worldwide

Nokia Music for the new Nokia Windows Phone smartphones, Lumia 800 and Lumia 710, is one of the app Nokia is hoping will differentiate its products compared to other Windows Phones. The most talked about feature in it is the Mix Radio. It allows listening of streaming music for free out of the box without any registration.
The Mix Radio is powered by The Echo Nest. It's not just a simple streaming radio that some preselected channels, but more like personalised streaming radio which tries to understand the user's personal predilections. This is done by scanning the user's music. The resulting Echo Nest Taste Profile is used to serve up personalised streaming stations in a variety of genres.
The Echo Nest writes in its blog that "In addition to the world's biggest music market (the United States), Mix Radio is available in 16 territories, and soon, over 50 territories worldwide". So if you are wondering if Mix Radio will be available in your country at the time when Nokia's Lumia line smartphones sales will start, the chances of that are fairly good.
